Given the revelation that Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph is a North supporter, time to start pitching some ideas for North themed content!

I'll kick it off:

GARNER

Oscar bait as Timothee Chalamet bulks up to play the role of a lifetime as the mercurial but cursed football genius Taylor Garner.

Denis Villeneuve's sun washed Kodak haze depiction of the legendary 2nd quarter of the 2015 Elim Final haunts the viewer.

THE RAWLINGS DILEMMA

A convoluted slow burn conspiracy thriller series in which a bunch of weird losers become convinced a seemingly dedicated family man is the source of all the world's evils ... but as the plot unfolds we begin to ask, who exactly are the bad guys here?

ANY GIVEN SUNDAY TWILIGHT

Al Pacino stars as diminutive, short tempered super coach, Al Clarkson. Struggling to get a once mighty club off the canvas and out of irrelevancy, Clarko must banish his own off-field demons before he can inspire his group of young chargers to reach their true potential. Paul Mescal (George Wardlaw) and Austin Butler (LDU) shine in supporting roles.

The super duo of Fincher and Sorkin reunite for the first time since The Social Network and bring Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross and Tim Rogers in for the score.

LOVE IT

FORGETTING JASON HORNE-FRANCIS

When star draftee JHF (Jesse Plemons) ends his relationship with the nice guy club who drafted him for a sleazy organisation with delusions of grandeur - who he has been cheating with - little does he know the grass isn’t always greener on the other oval. By the time the ugly character of his new flame is revealed, his old team have already moved on to handsome free-spirit George Wardlaw (played by himself).

A feel good comedy with numerous scene stealing cameos by the likes of Paul Rudd (Eddie Ford) and Jason Segal (Tristan Xerri).

Judd Apatow produces.

Co-starring Will Ferrell as Kane Cornes, Bruce Willis as Ken Hinkley and Meryl Streep as Caroline Wilthon.

LAST XERRI BLOSSOM OF SPRING

Beautifully crafted period drama set in the dying days of samurai era Japan. Criticised in some quarters for its ultra realistic depictions of savage violence, the film is a classic master and apprentice turned Tarantinoesque bloody revenge tale.

Our hero Xerri-san learns his craft as a samurai under the unquestioned master Goldysugu, but when his beloved mentor dons the red and black standard of evil, Xerri-san is left with no option but to hunt and his slay his beloved former teacher.

Someone of stroke at the NMFC needs to be told about this guy .
With someone like this there is a very BIG opportunity to get someone like this involved at our club and put the NMFC on the world map.
Maybe as some have already said on Bigfooty a North themed content with Harry George Colby and few of the girls from the AFWL as well.
As a club we need to find a massive $$$$ stream once Tasmania comes in .
I know they have tried the boutique membership with the Arden membership and it’s backfired pissing off supporters of our club.
As for Netflix it would a good time to get in with them if possible as I led to believe they have picked all TV and Streaming for the WWE starting in January 2025.
I’m hearing this going to be big time stuff as to the Yanks the WWE is a big time sport just like when Murdoch got the Soccer in England.
In today’s society we have all forms of media at our fingertips all it would take is to contact this person and if this person gives the NMFC👍up then good and does something to help us good but nothing happens then move on.
At least try before someone cuts the NMFC lunch and steals our Thunder.

This should be an animated feature, in that psychedelic 60s Scooby Doo style.

Inside Out 3.

Just Sheez kicking bananas at training.

The Myth of Sisyphus 2
When a devious and Machiavellian coach angers The Footy Gods by sacking a club champion, his club is sentenced to a perpetual time-loop, forced to commence each home-and-away season at the beginning of a horrific rebuild. Matters deteriorate further when the coach strikes a pact with the club's oldest enemy, which allows him alone to escape this tragic fate, leaving the tortured playing group conflicted: should they too should give into temptation, or use their own unique skills and knowledge to break the curse?

BACKLASH
When AFL Coach David Noble (JK Simmons) delivers an epic spray to his North Melbourne Players after a humiliating defeat in Brisbane, several of them question their choice in occupation. Can the clubs administration lead by Ben Amarfio (Idris Elba) and Dr Sonja Hood (Rachel Weisz) help to steady a disastrous start to the season?

There's a post credit scene showing Clarko (Ryan Gosling)

THE BASTINAC

Cult stoner buddy comedy tracking the life of one time highly rated junior footballer Ryan Bastinac as he goes from touching up Daniel Kerr in his third game to apparentley becoming a full time weed head while also playing footy for Prearcedale. Features Brad "Bread" McKenzie as himself.

If North isn't in the most perfect position for a Welcome to Wrexham style Netflix show I don't know who the hell is. It would be absolutely perfect. Get the cameras in there now. You already have the first 3 or 4 episodes written for you over the last few years!
Pretty entertaining for the supporters.
