Grim reading indeed Frase. I caught a bit of the session and the word on Howard was not good at all.Training 27th Jan
Wow. Youre prob not going to enjoy reading some of this.
Tauru running laps
Clark, Peckett rehab
Henry joined in fwds drill then back to rehab
No Marshall, Phillipou
Pat Said very impressive in 1 on 1
Steele speaking to Physio, sat out midfield drill. Just holding footy, Steele is fine.
NAS up to pyhsio also, rubbing back of right hamstring off field with physio. NAS out again after 15 mins. Fitness test of some sort. Ran half a lap. Couple of run throughs. Hes done for the day. Hopefully just awareness.
Set play drills using ball ups.
Broken up into 4 teams very physical.
Keeler as a fwd. Very nice park mark.
Ross very vocal during drills.
King is getting it kicked over his head. Windy main culprit.
Ross Lyon - "Wilson Half back, we're gonna get you looking like ****ing Sinclair"
Caminiti now off. Not sure what's wrong. Inside with trainers. Didn't come back on.
Hastie very hard landing. He's ok. He is running around like their witches hats. Moving very nicely.
Boyd 1 on 1 vs Arie, ball hit the ground Boyd so fast. Handball into Carroll. Nice goal.
RTB one on one chat with Boxshall.
Henry and Clark look to be running full speed 200s
Windhager treatment to upper right leg. Just looks like deep heat around the back of the knee area.
Now broken into 2 teams. No real definite stronger team. A good mix.
King a quick spew before the match sim starts
Max Hall unbelievable crumb off a huge pack across the body from around 50m out. The whole ground goes off. Awesome goal.
Dodson just put Boyd on his arse. Boyd went down smiling.
Boyd now into room with trainers. Hasn't come back out. Looks like a Pec.
Hill crunched. Winded I think. He's fine.
King 2 or 3 very nice contested marks on Wilkie
This is getting ridiculous. Howard now down. Looks serious. He will be out for a long time. Looked like a broken arm or shoulder. Screamed out the whole ground heard. Pretty serious. Fingers crossed it aint too bad.
Small amount if running at end.
Let's hope none of those injuries are too serious.
So injury concerns for:Training 27th Jan

Windy and Steele looked fine and took part in rest of the session. I think Steele may of been watching movement of other players. Think NAS is ok. He was running fine. To test it. Think they just said that's enough for today. He did go to pool. Boyd definitely had ice on his Pec. Windy fine might have just got a corky. Phillipou Marshall and Barrat not out there at all. Tauru was running pretty solidly. Henry full speed. Joined in on some drills. Clark moving well. Didn't see what happened to Caminiti. That happened on other side. He wasn't holding anything in particular. Howard I dare say will be out for a while. So injury concerns for:
Tauru
Clark
Henry
Marshall
Phillipou
Steele*
Nas
Caminiti
Windy
Boyd
Howard
Can we bring back Matt Allison?
Well Fraser, after a performance like that you are hereby served notice that you are banned from all pre-season training and Saints games for 2025. Lift your game mate, you've put in a shocker!!Training 27th Jan

They say it's a dish best served up cold !!!!!!!Did Max King get revenge on Dougal after last year?
It’s early days…no need for panic! We're looking at a very makeshift backline it seems.
Correct. If it's something that means he can keep getting miles into his legs then he can keep some level of condition, and we still have 7 or so weeks until our first match......as longs as it's not his shoulder, worst case is he may miss the first couple of games.....Let's also wait and see what happened to Doogs
I’ve heard possible amputation. Not a great result if that’s the case.Let's also wait and see what happened to Doogs
