Yo yo test is slow on the way back. The original beep tests weren't.

Not quite - Yo yo has 10 seconds/metres of active recovery after each 40m loop. So there are witches hats 20m apart and another one 5m back

They’re similar in that they both are a shuttle running test, but they’re different in the way they time the runs etc.
