This has General Cluster written all over it. Hopefully we can all work together to get a few more over the line in Sydney and to keep ticketing request out of the preview thread.

This is how they were planning on not having the Giants "fans" be completely outnumbered.

For those that are planning on travelling via V-Line to Albury and then changing, my dad lives up in Wodonga and he has told me that recently the tracks have been an absolute joke and the trains are replaced by coaches more often than not.

Would love to go but just got quoted nearly $900 for return flights, one night accomodation and a match ticket, so more than $1100 for the trip.

Hard to justify sadly. Will be praying they get through and will lash out on a GF ticket.

Anyone got one of these packages yet?

Monday at 9am to 1pm and then general public from 2pm. AFL Members possibly from Tuesday (as if)

Desperate to go but the prices of flights make it very difficult. I think we're a real chance and I really want to be a part of it but it will cost me $1k to fly up and back and get accomodation for the Saturday night and not sure I can afford that. Still undecided but it's looking unlikely that I'll be able to go. Unfortunately carpooling is not an option but oh well, I'll decide tomorrow.

I don't know how the airlines are allowed to jack up their prices 2-3 times what they go for the previous day. Dodgy as.

I think flights will be much cheaper later in the week - they're expensive at the moment because they don't know how many want to go.

I'd avoid any "package" type deals, just look up flight on sky scanner and accommodation on any one of the million sites.

Flights are about 350 return, I imagine a ticket will be about 100 and one night accommodation say 250 - thats 700 total

You have access just like any other bulldog member.

If anyone wants a hotel (it's actually an apartment) near the airport because they have an early flight home Sunday, send me a PM and I'll forward you a link for a brand new hotel with rooms with a king bed or 2 king singles for $166 per night.
