OC and Ormond to struggle, especially if they can't replace their aging stars.

Mazenod will need to regroup to hang on in C.

Has to be the year for Marcellin. But we said that in 2012, 2013, 2104 and 2015.

I would say the gap between B and C has never been bigger.
Expect Mazenod to be right up there as from what I saw this year they would have had most C Grade teams covered. Plus they are expecting about 5 big ins from guys that missed this year through injury.

I heard he had both but chose the Fields over Mazenod. Nice guy and smart operator and a great addition to Caulfield.
Apparently, Mazenod have appointed Ben Phibbs. They could be the only club in the VAFA with a playing coach and the way Phibbs plays it will have to be a case of do as I say not as I do. I hope they intend to surround him with some experienced guys.

Any other goss? I hear Marcellin have had a 7 retirements, is this true?
