Nothing wrong with spiced rum and dry..

Although spiced rum on its own, or maybe with ice, is great too once the beer starts bloating you up.

Just gotta pick the right one.. Red Leg is one of my favourites for around the $50 mark..

Anyway.. better get back onto the footy before the mods whip us for going off topic!
Naturally it’s going to be good, Kramer?

What I find more staggering is that you remember that!😲

Remember it well. We’d start at the nightclub in what’s now a Hilton doubletree until they closed at sbout 1am and then stroll the 200m down to lasseters where we’d consume our fruit tingles whilst playing some blackjack or 2 up. I wasn’t really a great drinker back then, I was having strawberry Midori and lemonade in a tall glass during my early 20s. Fruit tingles were right up my alley.

No Bojangles in those days?

Harry Schoenberg will always look like just some country kid on the p1ss rather than an elite athlete no matter how fit he is ( is very fit currently )
Pew Pew wants to be a DJ when he grows up

Not as close as current though , even during 2017 people couldn’t wait to get out

That’ll happen again, it’s not some lightbulb moment where we made drastic changes. Simple fact is that we can match rival clubs in financial terms. I do think we’ve improved our preparedness to offer based on expected future value rather than wait till they’ve ‘earned’ it. But it’s not a personnel or program instigated change, we’ll lose again when we get fight for cap space again.

I think it’s easier having a young group coming thru together re bonding

But yep at some point people will want to leave for different reasons eg financial etc

Enjoyed hearing Thilthorpe talking about chasing success the other day , it’s time to start to aim up

Hope he is fit as he needs to have a good season after being disappointing in 2022.

Yeh, but we lived near the casino. But 3 people could walk into town back then. There were always people walking between the various venues. Wouldn’t do it now unless you were in a large group. Absolute tragedy what’s happened to that town.
Agree, a good mate of mine who worked for a stock firm up there for thirty odd years said it is just deteriorating rapidly

actually a lot of players were very upset with him behind closed doors. Funnily enough playing from the same football club doesn't mean you all have the same politics.

While this may be true, no one here believes you know anything about it.
