Was Brodie in attendance?
Not sure if he classifies as a 1st-4th year player, but I'd be kinda disappointed if he didn't show up day one. He needs a big off season

It is for him. Just consider that Matt Johnson has a significant number of highlights where he has stood up and shrugged off an opponent before moving the ball on, Erasmus isn't at that level yet... yet. When he is then he can play in his natural position, even as a defensive mid looking to tackle.
A stronger Erasmus was needed to own the grass around him instead of trying to outrun opponents, which he doesn't have the weapons for.
The hat might be the key
I unlike many have not written Erasmus off-I think some of his inside work and tackling has been awesome.
He is however prone to the odd brain fart and disposal needs tidying up but a lot of that will come with playing at the level.
Excited to see if he gets a shot at playing Hf

Yeah he'll be fine. For some reason we were quick to write him off.
are reckon those issues are much to do with his strength, hes been used to pushing away oppo and holding his ground at junior level, so coming up to afl hes rushed a fair bit more. get him more comfortable in the contest and he should improve his disposal, though probs never going to be a pendles user
