****ing Henderson. How many times can you drop uncontested marks in one game

I called for this pre season. Rohan as a forward has always been a flash in the pan/downhill skier player.

He’s actually looked really damaging off half back. Defensively suspect but he’s not exactly experienced down there.
Happy to have him back next week and Holmes in his place

We haven't had a ruckman since ottens because our coach doesn't believe in them, that's worked out well.

We finish top 4 every year not to capatalise on the weeks break for our older experienced guys but to s+×t the bed in the first final every year. Good coaching.

We turn blicavs into mr fix it then call on him to be a key defender/ruck when the coaches plan always goes to s+×t.

Had the same coaching panel for years except we freshen it up by bringing in retired players who have played for years under the same crap coach and his style.

Seriously WTF...this club needs a redirect very quickly

I wouldn't say it's that we don't believe in ruckman as we have drafted and traded in plenty since Ottens retirement, and been looking for the right ruck

Yes it does. Our game plan relies on perfect kicking around the backline. 10 passes to get it into fifty. Need far more skill to do that then just two direct passes foward.

3 of ports first 5 goals came from us failing to kick a ball sideways in the back half.
It's a proven failed game plan finals

Oh FFS Seeds, we made a Grand Final with the exact same chipping game plan last year. There's nothing inherent to the game plan that isn't transferrable to finals.

That match up right there with Henderson on Dixon is why we cant drop him, we have nobody who can man up on thse key forwards. People need to understand why we need him and why that will still be the case into next season. Kreuger and De Koning arent ready and we have no alternative.

I do think these finals capitulations are on Scott and that he has to take the blame for our inability to deliver when it matters, but the thing is, how does one quantify the coach's role in the mental aspect of our failures? He's not the one who misses these shots on goals every year when it comes to finals. Why are they all so mentally weak to the point that this happens again and again. The missed shots have nothing to do with game plan so it can't be that. What is it? Why does this keep happening?
Missed shots only part of the problem
