Question concerning Judd and Goodes

IIRC, they played on each other last year - Goodes dominated for the 1st half & Judd for the second half. I suspect there's not much between them.

Goodes is more versatile - as good as Judd is (and he's really bloody good) I'd choose Goodes every time if I was drafting. The age difference would be the only thing Judd had in his favour.

That's not quite right. Goodes broke even in the first half, and Judd dominated the second.

I would argue the opposite. I think Goodes is more damaging at his best than Judd is however Judd has been much more consistent than Goodes (when he isn't injured anyway).

Consistency counts for a lot in my book so I would probably have Judd ahead (just) at this stage.

Because goodes is largely overrated. He has talent but judd has much more. Goodes wouldn't even make my top 10 players list.

yes goodes has more brownlows than judd but he also has more than carey and matthews who have a total of 0. this just goes to show you how much a brownlow really means.

judd is a much more complete player than goodes who relies on the likes of kirk to do all the dirty work while he receives all the accolades. goodes is the most overrated player in the 2000s in my opinion.
