Maybe if the hit was paid for by someone who’s family was done dirty by his company I’d agree, but a family that could afford pay for a hit on a Fortune 500 company CEO wouldn’t be in that type of situation. That hit would have cost a lot of money.

I googled Dave Smith Fox News. Three videos are in the google search over the first two pages. The videos include:

• Smith criticising Israel, US involvement and US foreign policy in general
• Smith destroying Chris Cuomo regarding individual liberties being lost during covid and media lies
• Smiths view that Trump was falling into the trap of his first administration hiring a few Neo-cons who want to continue Americas interventionist foreign policy.

Im not advocating removing either, just the protections they afford.

without going deep into the legal side, Ie builder builds house, dissolves company, starts new company and claims he doesn't have to fix house because it's a different company. I gave the example before of the Brazilian damn collapse a couple of posts back, which cost a group of indigenous lives, plus tainted the river for the next decade or so. that's allegedly been done because someone ignored the engineers report, then hidden behind the company protections.

you can't have a radical redistribution of power like libertarianism without removing the legal safeguards to personal responsibility. otherwise you're just creating company overlords with money instead of bloodlines. which is why libertarian ideology exists, to raise everyones rights up to what the kings had of the time.

The pres nominates the prime minster but without the support of house he is pretty much a lame duck.

and he basically doesn’t have any moves as both the parties apposed to him are eu skeptics, so he doesn’t want to deal with them and he keeps bringing in eu people to fix the mess, you can imagine the result.

So the government hasn’t collapsed per say it’s just you’ve got a guy who’s clinging to power, when it’s apparent he has lost it.
