At least after our diabolical 2nd quarter we will still be close
Stay tuned for our much better 3rd and 4th
Our Q3s are either:
Falling asleep; or
Premiership quarters

We need either a 2007 or 2022 Premiership quarter

It’s happened the past 5 weeks mate. We’ve let teams pile it on. Not just Sydney.
Don’t blow too much smoke up their ass. Hell even Richmond did it to us last week….
Sure, but those 4 goals came from excellent pressure footy. They are great to watch. Our first quarter was great too, but this year, we are incapable of 4 quarters like that.

We're bombing it in too much

Scott and the boys seem to believe we have a forward capable of taking a mark.

We don't.

Hawkins is struggling to do anything, Cameron is invisible, Neale is learning, and we're extremely grateful for Stengle.

If our pressure is through the roof we can compete with them but if it drops off we are buggered.

We just have to keep the frontal pressure really high its the only way to stop their mids getting out into space.

Well they found our weakness is that we are weak. Our defence is really just three witches hats stacked on each other in a trench coat

We need to have pressure on the ball, can't let it fall for even a minute.

Conversion aside, Hawkins has been good today.

Full forwards with 3 scoring shots and 7 disposals in a half are pulling their weight, involvement wise. Just a shame about the finishing.

Neale is learning??? How many years does it take for a key forward to learn not to drop so many marks?? He has terrible hands.
