The most important game of the year for the 2 clubs.
The loser will be in full blown crisis at 0-3 no matter what the 2 coaches say this week.

As a Suns fan, the losing thing is annoying but wearable if you can see something. Anything.

The start of both the Lions and the GWS games was so disappointing since none of our players showed anything. Do something. Anything. Take a mark (more drops). Lay a hard tackle (slip through). Get a good clearance. Run like stink to give a teammate an easy option. Hit a target and then hit another one (it is that hard?). Win a one-on-one (seems impossible).

That is what is unacceptable to me and I assume to all the posters. Since the Gaz shoulder injury in 2014 we have lacked effort and intensity for long periods in way too many games. No one standing up to stop the rot. It keeps happening. Over and over again. We are cursed or our culture is still weak as piss. Suspect the latter.

Shudder to think what the crowd sizes will be the rest of the year. Both the announced crowd (Fake News!) and the one that turns up (Sad!).

I think teams respond well to meaningful circumstances like this one.

This is also a team (GC) that actually has some talent, hopefully they are not going to play in their Pajamas this week.

The betting odds are pretty high for GC to win, but I think they are a huge chance.

I just feel that anything but a win this weekend, and the season is a write off. Which would be hugely disappointing.

I'm predicting a win believe it or not
Our main concerns will be Breust Gunston and Rioli
Those in between mid fat forwards have a history of destroying us
We match up pretty well everywhere else
We need Saad or Harbs on Cyril
TMac on Gunston/Breust
Maysie will go to Roughead
The rest can please themselves
In case anyone is wondering- yes- my jury is still well and truly out on Rory T

Ohhh yes..RT...heart rate doubles every time he looks like kicking it....feel sorry for one of the back six options when switching play - said player will be asked to do far more work than required.

Yep harbs gotta come in this week , those 3 small forwards need to be stopped , at a guess saady and maybe Jesse to take the 3rd of them . Like everyone hoping for a win but just wanna see some sort of fight , some passion , celebrate after a goal , its only small stuff but show us fans you care.

Does anyone know if the AFL live app still works for watching footy when your overseas? Or does the IP change mean you get barred? I'll be in South Africa this weekend.

Nope it won't work - unless you are streaming through your 3G/4g (then it somehow thinks you are still in Aus cos of the Aussie SIM card). Otherwise sign up for watchAfllive.com. It's about $20 for a once off week.

I would go:
Out: Leslie, Lemmens, Ah Chee, Bowes
IN: Mckenzie, Matera, Harbrow, Fiorini
I think Hall gets another chance because bringing in Brodie or Lonergan for him might make us a little slow.
Might make us have more players that actually cared about running both ways though...
Hall needs a slap, last week's performance was unacceptable...
Big fan of what he can bring us but the best way to get people to do what is required is not to turn a blind eye and hope he 'gets it!'
A Hall needs to be dropped and earn his spot back in the twos by tackling, pressuring, and by hitting targets..
Man he is going to be a good when he can do that!
