Thinking about it far too much for whatever reason. He doesn’t need to be the best player in the team anymore.

He’ll slowly but surely grow out of it. Tough mindset shift.

As I've said quite a few times... he thinks that he needs to be the replacement for Kreuzer. No one can replace Kreuzer. Cripps needs to stick to his lane I reckon that just do what he does best.
