How’s the toe holding up
Good! But wet feet have meant more blisters between the smaller ones. First big fall today down a hill banged my knee and ankle up a bit. But the finish line in sight making things feel better.

You gonna be sad to finish or keen to get home?

Good question hey, I'm not actually sure yet how much I've liked it etc. I think I'll need a big old reflect and maybe putting my footage together will help too.

I'm only home for five days before I'm on the road for a lap with the dog, then five days after that before Europe, so not seeing much of home for this 6 months.

You hiding from Bikies or something? Jeez

Okay kids, if Petch kicks 10 goals next weekend, but only 8 the week after, what is the probability of him kicking at least 9 the week after that?
I'll have a crack.

Petch's mean goals per week is 9 (being [10 + 8]/2).

Petch's standard deviation from the mean is 1 goal per week.

Petch gets injured and kicks zero goals the week after.

I have not, a quick search and it sounds very interesting. Is it for smarter people? Coz that I am not - I'm Idaho.

I think you can enjoy it on multiple levels. There's also an old forum on the author's website with people discussing it that's pointed out all the things I missed.

I will check it out. Getting quite the backlog now, managed to find the the 3 Stephen King short story collections and the first 3 Hannibal books (those 6 second hand), and to my great surprise and elation 3 new Hellboy graphic novels which I thought they stopped making after he went (back) to hell. This House of Leaves may be a good one to break it all up a bit.
