Decided to do a favour for some locals and help with landscaping work (just because I know how to do it and they are ****ing useless)

Strained hamstring tendons, muscles, 4 pinched nerves in the back and torn right groin.

The usual massage lady brought tears to my eyes when I kept having to say soft, soft.

Walking around like a fresh prisoner who repeatedly dropped the soap.

Yeah nights are the worst but I still struggle in Winter even with the thickets of blankets (can’t sleep with the heater on). Thank **** Perth isn’t humid cause that is by far the most uncomfortable type of weather to be in
