Bombers I believe have shown interest as well. But, we should now have a permanent spot for him moving forward. Especially next year after Cotch retires.Agree, I used to get frustrated with Jack being dropped even after a decent game. I heard from a very reliable source that Saints are going hard for him and I think if Dimma was still coaching he would be gone.
He is currently head of strategy and forward line coach of the premiership favorites....Leppa knows how to coach a back line that’s about it
Caretaker coaches never work out long term. Only one i can think of is Roos. Lots of dead cat bounce happens.
Absolute kudos to Hardwick stepping away when he did the man is as Richmond a man as anyone. Loves the club and just wants success. 1.5 million (only really 500k as he will get another job next year) bucks he gave up meh….money is money.Under mini players are playing where they should be played .
Martin / Cotchin into the midfield and Baker forward were obvious but good moves .
Prestia , Nank also seem better players .
Kudo’s to Hardwick because on what’s been seen so far it appears the players had got sick of his voice .
How many caretaker coaches came thru a triple premiership dynasty V a failing. Basket case where coach has been sacked before whole joint is tipped upside down ,,, awww I didn’t fink of datCaretaker coaches never work out long term. Only one i can think of is Roos. Lots of dead cat bounce happens.
He does look to have similar cool demeanor to McRae , quite a bit diff to the animated dimmaMini has Been preparing for this for 3 years when he was told he was the man
The club see him as a carbon copy of mcrae
The next coach was always going to be mini or fly
Well if he does the process and comes out as the best candidate. Then good luck to him. Everyone deserves an opportunity to go for the job do they not?Mini has Been preparing for this for 3 years when he was told he was the man

I think what you meant to say is we just need a Mini change? We aren’t a struggling team getting smashed. We just need minor change
Hold back and go through the process. Do not repeat 'Unleash the Geisch' mistake.
Mini is not just a care-taker Coach that has been brought in to coach a hopeless rabble of a side, from out of the blue, like some have...and hope for the best! How often are care takers successful. Not a lot.
your average dh doesn’t understand that , they think all caretakers are same , facts are 99% were asst during a basket case period where the coach was given the arse . This is called succession planning 101Mini is not just a care-taker Coach that has been brought in to coach a hopeless rabble of a side, from out of the blue, like some have...and hope for the best!
Mini has some pedigree... has been an assistant Coach at a Club, with pedigree, that has won three GFs...
It's also not about his status as a coach...or whether Mini rates simply as a "care taker coach"...it's all about whether he can coach and get results!
I dare say the results from the last two games are a positive...and we have the rest of the footy season to watch both his and the side's progress whilst we make up our own minds!
Hold back and go through the process. Do not repeat 'Unleash the Geisch' mistake.
