Maybe Damien got a big long term offer from a rival club and Richmond couldn't match it so they all decided on the best course of action together.

Who knows. The thing is all parties seem very happy with where things sit, and one thing no Richmond supporter should ever be doing is complaining about D. Hardwick's contribution to our club.
You mean Port???

Wants to coach again. Had his 1 month tantrum now get him back on the boundary and let the boys in the box keep doing what they’re doing

Otherwise he’s gonna end up back home at poort after they bomb out again and sack Hinkley

In the words of Paul Keating

A soufflé doesn’t rise twice.

To be honest it was best for both parties to go separate ways we needed a fresh voice and different ideas and it's proof in the pudding Mini aren't doing anything out of the ordinary his playing players to there strengths and there positions and a few tweaks.Dimma for me wasn't doing the fundamentals right..

Here we go again as I was never wrong on Hardwick, but you were. The reasons being you defended his mediocrity up until 2016 whilst we were asking for changes to be done. The changes afterwards cost the club millions, but we got the benefits.
Do you honestly believe KDH would’ve coached Richmond to three flags had those changes not been made? IF you do then you’re a liar and a troll. Fools remain fools if they accept mediocrity and stand on their hands. It’s the squeaky wheel that gets the oil.
All you do when you try and dominat8 a discussion just makes me feel sorry for you as you’re an adult who has grown in life to never have learnt the art of humility and good conversation. Strange really as humility was Dimmas major strength and you being a great admirer of him couldn’t even learn that.
Rather than trying to harass, bully and domin8 threads try being a domin0 and topple on your altar like the domino effect and converse giving a stronger counter argument relating to the topic.
You really need to learn this as it’s just a blight on you as a person and it can easily be corrected by just being amicable or avoiding the KB if it becomes to hard and emotional for you.

You were begging and telling all in Sundry he needs to be sacked. Even to the point you were bullying people that offered a contra view out of threads and eventually off the board.
I was one of them.

He wasnt then won flags. Fall on your sword. And just as Chocco referred to Alan Scott

YOU WERE WRONG

But kudos to you. 6 years later your still fighting the good fight even though your looking like a massive goose.

No I wasn’t as the changes were made and so everything was good. You were wrong bc you supported mediocrity.
Now you’re having problems understanding this after it’s been discussed tirelessly and even books written about it.
So if you can’t have been convinced by all of that then you’re a troll.

I remember this period, I was a massive supported of dm and just knew he would be the right person to coach us, as time went on I realised something was not right, I started to question DImma, his tactics and his player appointments.
I didn't know at the time about his personal crisis and how he had to leave the country to find himself.

The truth lies somewhere in between, He needed to improve and he was in the end the right coach for the job.

PS, great news and hopefully we appoint MINI VAn.

Most of his supporters and I was one weren’t prepared to just dismiss multiple 14-15 win seasons as flukes. But obviously there needed to be an adjustment. It came and we won.

There were many posters who were aggressively calling for his head. The success came and quite a few swallowed their pride admitting they got it wrong. Some have never forgiven Dimma and Co for making them look a bit silly throughout this period and recent history including multiple threads show.
