I was, but as i said he still had issues. Go to his thread I've been critical of him. Marlion and JGTI should've been dropped .Anyway i'm changing my vote and that's it.
Ok (and I'm not having a crack, just trying to understand the logic and constant switching on your stances), you didn't answer what I actually asked. And that's ok, I'm sure you have your reasons. Go Tigers.

He's rewarding also poor performances and that's why i changed my stance.

Graham was never getting dropped with Dusty coming back in. (Barry) Ross and Graham play completely different roles so they weren’t even competing for he same spot.
I do feel for ross though but it wasn’t Graham taking his spot

So he's guilty of the same crime as every other coach in the history of the game. And to justify your stance, you would have to know what the whole coaching panel is looking for in the performance of the playing group. And frankly, there's no one here capable of knowing that.

Well nope as successful coaches change it in the end. As you said you're guessing so i'm allowed to have an opinion.

No, all successful coaches back their playing group. Always have. And I said WE'RE all guessing as we don't know what the coaches are looking for with regards to performance. Costagna was a great example of that. But 100% you're entitled to have an opinion. And on a forum we can discuss those opinions provided they're in respectful tones etc (which I hope I have been).

You're contradicting yourself move on as i'm trying to watch a VFL game.lol

Not sure his rewarding the kids in the vfl Banks and Bauer been knocking the door for the last month . For me it's a reaction move he had no choice to debut them after the hammering last week previously to this week didn't even debut a kid.Our kids we're made the scapegoat of last weeks performance while our senior blokes 90% of them we're passengers been common theme.

Game style wise and being his own coach only made tweaks we all called for play players in their natural position and strengths besides that what's different let's be honest.

Currently 6.7.2023 i am leaning towards

1. Justin Leppitsch
2.Josh Carr
3. Adam Yze
4. Mini Mouse

Mini red-hot favourite club saying he has the players vote ...the footy staff vote and the tactical nous

Just needs to show more of his extrovert personality over next few weeks

Only box he dosnt tick apprantly is his too quiet

NO CB17 he's still got the same stance as KDH of having faith in the tried and tired players. Cumbo is not a kid at 22 and he needed to go back to VFL as he'd only played a game in 5 weeks. He was a bad inclusion and MRJ should never have been dropped. Now Ross and Clarke have been yet the turtles still march on. He lacks vision and foresight with faith in the past he's been accustomed to. That's why I'm off him now as he has too much of a close connection with the boys club. He hasn't altered anything bc we are trying to play the same game plan , but with a turtle colony.
Mrj has done nothing

Of course he has the players he has been there for a few years and the old heads wouldn't like change (hence he hasn't changed the style)

Pies, Dees port have winning game styles. Right now our current players can't execute.

Tonight's game doesn't change anything from my stance on mini.

I've never been a fan of appointing caretaker coaches and it rarely works.

What Dimma did for us will probably never be repeated but the reality is, Mini will barely change anything because he's been part of the same system - and this system hasn't been great for the past 3 seasons.

All era's come to an end and we need to start a new era with new ideas. My fear is appointing Mini will be much of the same which has been stale since 2021.
Bump.

We need someone new with a completely new game plan - we don't need Dimma lite.

It was a great system but hasn't worked for the last 3 years - we need to evolve.

Is that the same system the pies are using?

Coaching master-class from Mini tonight. Turned that game after half time with some great positional changes
Yep, made moves to influence the result. Currently 4-2 since taking over. He’s playing kids. Baeur was bloody stiff tonight
