Yeah, I wouldn't want Rance as an assistant. Love him and one of my all time favourite Tigers, but seems too self absorbed to be a coach.
Grigg would be a great assistant I think. Didn't Dimma call him the smartest player he has ever coached? No surprise he wanted him there.

Balmey loves Selwood. While we all disliked his ability to get head high frees, Balmey loved it.
Really rated the attitude of getting hold of the footy whatever way you can.
