Why do we insist on rushing players back???
I know we are struggling but jesus christ, I miss our old patient approach.
Players would be ready to go but we'd hold them back an extra week.

This is shocking injury management. What is happening to this club?

We are assuming that it’s the same injury that he had. Although to be fair, I think it’s a fair assumption. Will also wait to see if it’s one week (sore) or multiple (re-injury).

I get why we rushed him back considering our desperate need for a ruckman; especially against Witts.

That said, we’ve always said that we prefer to rest someone for a week than have them injure themselves for three. Did it with short (albeit should have done it earlier), and with Prestia/ Martin/ Cotchin. So it’s the inconsistency which has proven poor management here.

I’m clutching at straws here, but I do wonder if Meehan doesn’t have the same weight to throw around that Burge did.

Have a feeling we will see a fair share of this from supporters from about 1.45pm tomorrow

Hounded in retirement?????

George's skills deteriorated. Kicking especially. I just thought he needed to work on that in the VFL, and/or ask not be played as a permanent small fwd. Terrible position. Do a D Rioli and play back for a while.
Alot of anchors on Social Media.
Took its toll.

soldo out after being rushed back ?

perfect, now we can keep oscar allen goalless for 3 qtrs, sub miller off (our main ruck), move balta in to the ruck, let oscar allen kick 5 in the last quarter and lose by 20 points

solid plan from dimmer, already practiced this game plan anzac eve so we know it works

Yeah he has only played one game. I’m actually excited to see what he can do. He’s shown quite a bit this year in the VFL before injury. I think he’ll play AFL very soon.
If compared to Miller, seems ok marking the ball. Attacks the ball ok.

Decision time is slow, not that good by foot for a short pass. Not good at ground level. (Same as Miller)

From a possession gives the team only a short, run by hand ball or a long kick down the line. This is pretty defendable if you are opposition.

He does have areas of improvement, but I think he’ll benefit from a 4-5 week block. If he gets an opportunity like that this year, then I think he’ll improve. He just needs a bit of opportunity IMO.

Let me know when your parents log back on i just realized your a child
Is this the way you always react when caught out? Calling them a child, lol

True lefty defense mechanism behavior right there

Anyway let’s move on. Have a laugh and cheer on the mighty tiges 🐯

Your rating as a poster is degenerating with every post son !!

quit whilst you atleast while your not on ignore

Yep very real. Are you? Why are you changing the goal posts and comparing their games now instead of defensive pressure which is what you were banging on about originally? Couldn’t hang him on being Ballards direct opponent so now you switch to overall game so you can smash him on that. Lol

When Cumberland kicks goals people like you bemoan the “yeah but what about his defensive pressure” line, but when others do, it doesn’t matter bc the rest of their game was good. Talk about hypocrisy!!
So let me ask you as a informed football watcher

Based on the last 2 weeks who would you rate higher in their performances
Cumberland or Ryan ?

Clearly Ryan, but that’s not what the original discussion was about
The Original question ???

Seems to get answered then morphed continuously

The topic was does he deserve to remain in the side and i posted he and sonsie both had sh!t games but i would keep them for another week then it wnt to another area where performances were compared and i was asked why im not as hard on Ryan

We need to get Rob Innes back I think. He was head of our strength and Rehab during what we must now all accept are our "glory years". Looking at his linkedin, he was literally there from October 16 to December 2020. Should try and get him back from the swans

Can get $79 odds (gamble responsibly) for West Coast win, Taranto most disposals on ground, Allen most goals on ground
