It was more a suggestion that we made a Pre Lim more recently. You could use the same joke about playing finals but swapping the teams and using the Bulldogs as the butt of the joke

Thought it was fairly obvious given as a bulldog supporter I don't have much to hang my hat on do I
You've got the Bonts, surely picturing him gives you something to hang your hat on

I hang my hat on knowing that traffic to games is generally not an issue due to our low crowds

Plenty of benefits you'll never get to experience
I live in Perth, way to kick a man

So I've noticed a few of your supporters are very confident of a big win. How the **** does your team fill you with any confidence? You could be playing Hawthorn or you could be playing Melbourne and I'd never be confident tipping you either way. Who knows what you'll dish up?

You weren't exactly impressive against the Blues last week either.

thats very true. I just don't understand how Richmond don't have these issues , yet seemingly they have no idea how to build a successful team. Oh well just must be one those unsolved mysteries
We are building a successful team. In the toughest era ever to rebuild, we've dragged ourselves from rock bottom while AFL charities Gold Coast, GWS and Melbourne hogged all the draft picks. We were half a game off top 4 in 2013 and even though we had a shocking year last year, we showed great character to make the finals from 3-10, something that's never been done before.

That achievement reflects a massive improvement on the mental side of things. I would say we have the best list we've had in a long time, with plenty of room for improvement and plenty of room in the salary cap to continue to add to it.

It's a shame Lids isn't playing. I was looking forward to him squibbing contests and generally looking like a numpty.
I love it when people say this about Lids. It means I can comfortably ignore anything they say about football, ever again.

We weren't, but we were never in danger of losing either. That's new for us, to be pretty ordinary and yet comfortable in the knowledge we would win, and he players felt it too. It was a 10-goal win everywhere but the scoreboard.

I agree, I think Richmond is a good team ready to challenge and I hope you do, was just Coming on to give shit.

Richmond is a much better team then the dogs, but there's no fun in admitting that

Just like there's no fun in admitting you know you will lose on sat Boyd to kick 10

Success: being one of the last 4 teams left at the end of a season with the chance of being in a grand final

I remember that pre lim the Tigers were in... Oh wait..,

Ahh, while we view success as WINNING grand finals.

Sadly we haven't been successful in way too long, but we've still done it 5 times since your last/only success.
