I've already played this out in my head several times. Cats won 3 out of 5. The boys will love the warm weather over there, good for the old limbs.

I am in deep rugby country. shudders I dont think I’ve seen Freo this year. A win and no mishaps will be a fantastic outcome.

If I can’t muster up enough internet for Kayo I’ll have to try the Krock stream.
Go Cats

Go Catters

Under normal circumstance
Players return fresh fit and in form
3 stars IN would make me grin
This feels more a desperation decision
A little rushed due to involuntary attrition
Revolving door: 3 men enter > 3 men leave
But the team balance and jell is better
They will bring back stability and smarts
Expect more desperation and determination
A vital ingredient missing last week
Want to see Cats attack fast and furious
For Lady Luck smiles on risk takers
While dumb luck deserts dour defenders

Fingers Crossed

He has 9 touches and 3 score involvements in the second qtr. not much else in q1 or bit of q3 but showed the future possibility.
certainly didn’t cement spot (was omitted) but will be sub today. And hope he can have an impact if needed
I'm one of the biggest Dempsey believers on here. But it's clear that none of the players on the emergency list for this game are absolutely primed to come in and play senior footy at this point. If our injury list wasn't so extensive, none of them would realistically be that close to playing in the ones right now.

And I still figure the two with some senior exposure (in Whyte and Dempsey) are more likely to get a guernsey than a complete novice at the level. With the injury list as long as it is, blooding yet another player with no experience at all just seems like an unjustified risk to me.

5-1 over the last 6.

I hope we're 'dwindling' for the rest of the year
Forgive him for being a cocky now that one of his doomsday predictions (vs Richmond) finally came true, albeit due to a second week running where we were wildly inefficient while our opponent had their most clinical finishing of the season. There's a sense of momentum in subsequent predictions that previously was not available.

And yes, sure we may lose today but any degree of certainty or inevitability about it is entirely laughable.

It's boggling why/if he even supports Geelong.

Must be miserable following a team you think is no good week in week out.

Close and Stengle returning will assist us hugely in trapping the ball inside our F50, an area where Richmond badly exposed us last week. As for Henry, I don't expect him to immediately set the world on fire, but I think the structural impact of his return will be noticeable today and over the coming weeks.

Not so reassuring is our midfield stocks. It's an area of strength for Freo, and with the personnel we're missing I think our best chance is to break even or (at a minimum) stem the bleeding in the middle and hope our forwards can convert. Might even see Close pushing up the ground more in order to provide support.

Nevertheless, feeling strangely confident compared to last week. As I said, our ins help address the problems that largely cost us the game, including a lack of F50 pressure, allowing Richmond to transition the ball too easily, and poor defensive structure. And surely our opposition won't kick 16.6 and have every arsey little bounce and 50/50 call go their way again?

Mullin is nowhere near being ready for AFL. Common sense say it's either Willis or Dempsey. If there's an i.... or if Parfitt isn't getting a kick they are the better subs.

I hope there's no late withdrawal as we're already pushing ordure uphill.

It's inevitable that we'll have too much firepower for them, we'll be laughing all the way across the Nullabor home.
Jezza's just hanging for a bag.

Not if :-
You suffer from anxiety and use as a coping mechanism
You are a masochist and enjoy the misery
You are a troll and use it to provoke
You are a pessimist and believe the worst
You are rebellious and want to shock
You hate group think and want to be different
You are visionary and foresee doom and gloom

However I think you nailed it above

I've been on the Cats off the Cats and back on them again this week I now have them locked in for the win but with no great conviction we will need a bit to go right like the odd umpiring decision going our way Freo not kicking 6 straight in the first quarter and the bloody Sherrin to bounce our way occasionally too come on footy Gods make it happen.

Well, all the luck was against us last week, so maybe it’s our turn.

Hopefully the Cats win - and i think they will - seen quite a bit of Fremantle this year and im not impressed at all

And another thing im not impressed about at all - and im not a wowser - but i love the Geelong jumper ( like all supporters love their club jumper )

And you can honour whoever you like - but the jumper should be untouchable

I want to see the Cats play in that beautiful Geelong jumper - not the picture that youve got on the screen their - re those 2 Geel players
