AFL doing all it can to get Richmond over the line by rubbing Blicavs and Clark out for innocuous contact.

Who rucks? Is Stanley good to go? Conway/Neale?

Stanley sounds injured and is cooked anyway.

We will have to roll conway out again.

In: mannagh hardie/parfitt oconnor knevitt

Out: Blicavs clark (suspension is a joke) mullin dempsey (managed)

Neale is lucky blitz is out as is tuohy.

Neale probably rucks with support from SDK. Jeka or O'Sullivan could come in to play the tall back role.

Bring O'Sullivan back in and have SDK as 2nd ruck?

Ill be the first to admit Neale the last 2 weeks hasn't been playing good. But we have to keep giving him games.. Hawkins won't be around next year plus even Hawkins form isn't worthy as well..
If we have gifted games in years gone pass to other players then Neale is a perfect example of that..

Why wouldn’t Conway be rucking? There’s absolutely no need for De Koning to be rucking if Conway is available.
He only played half a game last week so should be ok for a full game this week I would have thought..
Neale probably provides backup though.

We SHOULD win....but I am not 100% confident.
If we lose this one it might be the other bookend to signal the end of 'the era'.
Round 6 2007 - start of 'the era', beating Richmond by 157 points.
Round 12 2024 - end of 'the era', losing at home to an injury ravaged average team in Richmond.

I am not ready to end 'the era', so please win and give us some hope! :straining:

What I'm hearing is 157 point win to kick off the new era

With Oliver in the guts next year that will do us thanks. Not many holes otherwise. Another ruck would help of course.

I'm not unhappy about those changes, given the circumstances. I've wanted to see Hardie get a run, even if he is a "Constable" we actually need someone who's a bit bigger and more mature to extract and take some weight off Bruhn's shoulders.

Parfitt was sorely missed last week and will be needed in the middle.

Let's farken go!

We probably win this one, but the betting odds should not be 10-1.

Personally, I feel like a loss here would sign, seal and deliver our season. That's just my take on it.

Legit just read that Pickett should tag (the "" is implying sarcasm by said cooker) "good bloke" Tom Stewart.
This the same Marlion Pickett currently bailed on burglary charges.
Innocent until proven guilty? Literally zero evidence against Marlion at this stage., but hey, those pesky details.

Conway will likely stay in with a chop out from Neale (although maybe SDK).

But Nank is a very physical ruck who I imagine will try and bully Conway around. Its an area I imagine Richmond will try and exploit, so hopefully it doesn't impact the result too much.

Morro - if you're going to lurk, you should know my comment was heavily laden with sarcasm :)

It's my take on the old Richmond favourite "The AFL are conspiring to keep us down!!!!11"

Commenting is hardly lurking mate, and clearly the sarcasm was lost in translation.

Yes add to that the umpires are all against us and our spuds are worth first rounders

Commenting? All I saw was you liking my posts.

I suspect there's a lot that's "lost in translation" with you :)

Best of luck on the weekend. Maybe the Tigers can double their number of wins for the year ;)
