He's like that bloke we all knew during covid - may have been a mechanic, maybe an accountant, a lawyer or even unemployed. Regardless of their profession after a weekend or two of browsing online and talking to a few people they met at a march they miraculously became an expert in the science behind vaccines/contagious diseases. He's not fit for the role. That said I have heard things from him regarding exercise and food that I agree with but newsflash - none of it is new. Nearly no adult in the western world without a cognitive disability can tell me you needed this bloke to tell you a diet high in processed food with a sedentary lifestyle is bad news.
