NMFC manage the pool?
Do we share in the profits?
Yes, everything we collect goes towards the management of the precinct.
Lol the pools are public pools
I love that bloody pool but jeez its an obstacle for us
The view might still be considered "restricted" what with all those gum trees in front.Ideally the club would build a grandstand over it, could fit 15k people on a two tiered stand if it was built right.
What’s he called in here?
I knew North Melbourne was getting an under ground railway but had no idea it was this cool
Well hello good looking.
Between this and Laura Kane at the AFL its been a big week for old threads.

The newly appointed minister for precincts, Colin Brooks, told the event the train line would change the way people travel in Melbourne and would act as a “catalyst for renewal” in areas such as Arden, which he described as a “rundown industrial area at the end of its life cycle”.
“Arden will become a thriving new neighbourhood that will accommodate 34,000 jobs and 20,000 residents,” he said.

There's a theory that the fruit bats that nest in gum trees along the Yarra in Kew come back to the exact same branch of the same tree every single night after foraging for food. The only time that ever changes is when the AFL builds new function rooms and reallocates the branches of the trees.only to be pushed out and replaced by tree house dining guests?
Arden St needs to put in some nice fencing around the perimeter, similar to what the Bulldogs have at Whitten Oval (pictured below).
This temporary hurricane fencing they use at the AFLW games is ugly and just... poverty-looking

If only gates had been invented..Why do you hate the residents around Arden St? That's their only public green space? It would be so unkind and un-neighourly to lock them out just to appease your sense of aesthetics.
Or... and hear me out here... maybe we leave well enough alone so that the local residents see the club as an ally. And then when a decision is made regarding allocation of the land to the west of Fogarty St, the overwhelming support of all stakeholders will be towards handing that parcel of land to NMFC as it would be seen to be in the best interests of all residents. If only gates had been invented..

There's some pretty busy roads right near the ground, surely you don't want little Tarquin getting squashed by some knob driving one of those ridiculously large Dodge Rams? Won't somebody think of the children...Or... and hear me out here... maybe we leave well enough alone so that the local residents see the club as an ally.
