At the minute no one has any idea of the facts in the Lyon case. What is fact is that WC threw its players under the drug bus for a flag and there are ex players still suffering from those rotten years. The irony is that their are those WC supporters calling for Lyons head when the architect of those drug fuelled WC years is still in charge. The hypocrisy of WC supporters is mind boggling .

You can bang on about what Freo should be doing all you want but you are still talking about things where the facts (facts not media allegations) are unknown.

Some of the victim blaming has been by supporters of other clubs and I see you neglect to mention that. Additionally quite a number of Freo supporters have expressed support for the person at the heart of this but to start calling out the club when you don't know what has occurred is a nonsense. The different versions in the media at at odds with each other and no version has been confirmed as accurate.

Why not wait until something is definite before attacking the club or is fair process not acceptable when its not your club in the gun? Either way, if the perpetrator is shown to have acted in the manner described in the allegations, I would have no problem seeing them go but I'm not prepared to hang anybody in the complete absence of real evidence and currently in the public sphere there is a complete absence of real evidence.

Heard from a source I trust that Ross Lyon is being investigated for sexual assault. Hopefully, assuming it's true, that there isn't anything in it for Ross' sake.

Yes there has definitely been victim blaming from non-Freo supporters, and you if you have a look back you'll find me addressing those sorts of opinions fairly openly if indirectly.

We're discussing it, that's all. I don't think I've even articulated a punishment or anything similar for Lyon in any of my posts. I take issue at the defence of Freo supporters being basically "Your club has done worse!". It's immature.
