Possession is king these days and we can't be taking hitouts to clear advantage for granted.
Bombing it in as quick as possible pays off half of the time, but the other half ends up in a direct turnover or a spillage, in which case we very rarely win the ball as we have poor crumbing ability.
I was referring to Scooter's skills, not the play.
Agree with both of you on scooters disposal, and the bombing it into the forward line, which was our main game style over the last few years, but I reckon on those 2 occasions we are talking about, especially last seasons one, they were passes to a forward not just bombs to nobody. If we can have nic tapping it down a mid (probably best not to be scoot) that can deliver it to a leading forward, then we are looking pretty good.
There will be more deliveries to a leading forward in 2015. Because Postman Yeo is in there, and he ALWAYS delivers.
