Of course they will. Once again the game has changed. Clubs will change with it.

Of course. Do you now pick a quicker team if the quarters are alot shorter..

Will clarko change his plan with height on the field. Which normally comes into play late in quarters and games? Is it to late to change tactics.

They'll expand squads and play more games more often. Means you have to rotate your squad. Tactics will change accordingly.

For purely selfish football reasons I hope the season gets delayed. We really need Lewis and Gunston fit and availability in our best 22. Wouldn’t hurt TMitchell to have a couple of extra weeks of training as well
True, we don’t play good footy till about July so if the season gets delayed till then, I’ll back us in to go undefeated

I'd be fine with delaying the season . Who wants to see a crowdless game of footy ? On top of that , why should players expose themselves and others around them to a health risk when we plebs are told to self isolate? Whatley's take is right.
Who watches the footy to look at the crowd?

Chatted with a well connected person yesterday and he seems to believe it will be delayed by 6 weeks.

I don’t believe its any coincidence that Dan Andrews will be briefing the state today at 12 and the clubs are meeting with the AFL at 12.45.

17 round season...... maybe?
I've heard this also, but personally I think COVID-19 will be a lot worse in 6 weeks than it is now, given the politician's long drawn out solution to stem the flow it wouldn't shock me if we lose a whole season.

I wonder with the unfortunate circumstances that’s happened if McEvoy might move back into the ruck?

I think Minchington will play. He’s played the last two practice games and is finally fit. It’s now or never.

B: Stratton, Frawley, Jiath

HB: Scrimshaw, Frost, Sicily

C: Henderson, Mitchell, Smith

HF: Burgoyne, Lewis, Wingard

F: Breust, Patton, Puopolo

R: McEvoy, O’Meara, Shiels

INT: Worpel, Ceglar, Scully, Minchington

EMG: Morrison, Nash, O’Brien, Hartley

what unfortunate circumstances? The virus and playing games with little break? Makes sense to ruck BB in that case.

Reality is, if they can't play this weekend with 0 cases of COVID-19 as things stand, I doubt they get any game in all season.

yea its pretty stuffed the sticking point is the pay cut. lucky they work in a industry where they can get payed
sound like they are more open to the full season idea 17min quarters game every 4-5days.
