I think the expert who came over from America (can’t remember his name?) to help Kingy did a fair bit of work with Alex Rigby and co. I know they took a lot away from that in terms of getting players comfortable with their body again and upping work loads comfortably. Looks like money wel spent early days.

With the predicted inclusion of uwland, long, dmac, farrar, Flanders ahead of fringe players, sharp, Atkins, Sexton, Ace, graham it seems there may be a focus on getting tougher. I like it.
