The best win for the season, 4 quarter performance and people are asking for multiple changes madness!!!
Zero changes If Reeves doesn't get up.

Frost Rucks, Hartigan pinchs hits around the ground with Kosi chopping out in the square.

Worpel,Ward,Mac all get a game in the 2s with the two young guys primed for a return the following week.

Frost will give away about 6 free kicks in the ruck but I'm down to watch it.
Put his knee clumsily into Witts a few times and it might make him more wary and less damaging

Scrim walks into the side if right to go.

how do you have zero changes and get Hartigan into the 22?

Thinking about our ruck situation... Frost playing the most minutes supported by Nash and/or Kosi makes the most sense.

We were able to succeed without Frost down back last week so we already know we could afford to use him elsewhere again. Especially if Scrimshaw returns to the side.

Even if we didn't have this current ruck problem I wouldn't mind seeing Frost given a go in there. His intensity and strength in the contest after the hitout should be beneficial. Similar to Nash when he attends a CB. He could even be good for a couple burst aways and driving it inside 50.

JOM hammy
Only tightness, apparently...

With the long flight, playing it safe, and will be back next week.

A shame, last week was about his best contribution this year.
