We're going to have to go full on for this one. Our midfield needs to really put in and at least nullify Geelong's trinity.

If we don't bring the pressure it'll be problems.

And this is a really key win. It gives us an awesome launching pad for top 2. And we want that G home in finals.

Anyway, you know all that. I'm just getting nervous about this game. Geelong will be up and we are patchy atm.

Doesn't make sense to take Miles out this week unless we need to make room for inclusions. Especially with his outstanding form in the VFL over the past month or so and possibly a top 5 game in tough circumstances over the weekend, wouldn't be enough to warrant his omission. Not with mendue, higgins and mcintosh hardly having an impact

Cats have defeated blues, suns and kangas, and before that got creamed by the bombers on the MCG, not exactly the competitions best. Safe to say any one of eagles, swans, tigers and on current form pies and demons would have defeated all four, lets not pump cats up too much here.
If we play well, I expect us to win. They're a good team, no better, no worse. We'll need to play well to beat them.

Some good inclusions and dropping a few out of form players won't hurt our chances.

For me as people have eluded to need to step it up.Our forward line and midfield haven't been applying the same pressure and defence minded game as last season that's been our problem and Rance and co getting so much ball in and under pressure.Haven't been making tackles stick or locking teams in our forward 50.

To many battlers in our side now passengers with poor skills to.
