Trades Round 14 Trades (2nd week bye)

Haven't seen him being named as out anywhere from Buckley's / Collingwood's actual mouth. Don't believe it to be honest. Would be so harsh considering some of their crappy players.

Even if he is out, I might still trade him in..... not many other options :/ really doing it for the M/F link I'd lose from trading out Keays. Mason Cox will probably be a late out, and in that case Phillips would still get a run. So just going to stick with it. Already have 18 players playing regardless of if Phillips plays or not.

and the other is it gains me 113k

It is a crazy idea but it also has merit

League finals is great but planning for the last 4 rounds is pointless if you dont actually make finals in the first place

But I'd also think you have better ways to accumulate $113K by downgrading a cash cow to another rookie. Danger is just way too risky to trade out at this stage.

I'm still toying with trading out gaff this week to upgrade to GAJ or Steven. He's got a good run after the byes though so i'm tempted to keep, and use the cash to grab vince next week.

Or maybe move Wells on and get dusty, then get wells back in after R15. Ugh, they all feel like terrible options.

I like the trades -it's a shame there aren't better options than Joyce around ATM.

A nice $120k. Now with Wells out it's a whole different ball game.

I thought about holding wells but that means playing McCarthy and getting Laird which will net me say 110 points.

I'm going with this however:

Wells to Ablett
Adams to Joyce

Nets me 140 points for the week and a decent $210k for next week.

What are Wells owners doing? I'd get him back after Round 16 though - he's good value and low BE.

has Wells had ankle/foot problems before... I got rid of him prematurely the first time he missed... his durability isn't that great it seems...

Holding him until he peaks.... thought he'd peaked 4 weeks ago... or whenever and was only going to hold him until Rnd 15 bye... now I'm looking to have him as perma f6 until team is complete. But i'd say it really depends on your bye structure for this decision. Because he's a very good platform to upgrade into more serious premiums, so if you were going to have to trade someone next week anyway, he's a decent candidate now.

Yeah I might move just to boost my score this week and next, then target wells when he's back again.

Add Jack Steven to that list too, as long as you bring in a player who had their bye last week you can't really go wrong, I think Ablett is the best value.
