Anyone with ideas on what you’d do with this team.

I thought for a while heading into this round, I’d be relatively okay, but alas, just the 17 available players as it stands.

I’ve already traded Cincotta to Yeo and Ford to Maric to salvage something, but it’s a bit grim still.

Not sold on trading Wardlaw, others like Humphrey and Weddle are playing anyway, so trading them won’t help me avoid copping a zero.

Any thoughts?

Current thoughts - leaves only 1k in the bank. Gives me 19 playing this week. Feel like Hewett should get a decent run in the side moving forward given how bad the eagles are. His scores so far have been sub/concussion impacted.

Or would I be better served in picking up a dual position donut that can help shift players across lines?

Likely Gawn to Walsh next week, and Ashcroft & Johnson to rookie & premo. Cameron to provide some ruck cover, particularly important going down the Briggs path. Wilmot and Humphrey cover across the lines.

Very tempted to drop a 3rd trade to get an 18th score. Gotta risk it for the biscuit. 2 trades left, 3 trades left, same shit really. Gotta make a play if I want to push for a top 1k finish. Trades:

-Angwin to Maric
-Ford to DevRob
-Steele to Titch

2 trades left with $40k in the bank (Johnson/Devon covering M9; Fyfe covering F7)

Windhager had 22 CBAs last week, worth a trade for a dead rookie? Considering davey out for him. It'll give me 6 trades left with one rookie on field but got cover on all lines, this will help me get 18 this week and give extra cover.

-Wardlaw to Harrison/other cheap rookie (I like Dev Rob, but dunno if it will effect your upgrading in rd16 and 17)
-Cincotta to Ryan (Sheez can be your F6)

On the first question, no.

You don’t own a 9th player with DEF status.

Probs something like Sicily to Sinclair or Ridley. If you want a MID then consider Mitchell or Parker

Wanted to actually downgrade Cincotta this week but there are No playing DEF rookies unless Worner from Freo gets a last minute call up.
