We may get a full game for Fort in reserves and make Madden our sub.

We need Fort for the Demons game so better get more match practice into him. Back to back games as sub isn't ideal.

It has taken a long time for Fagan to change from 3 forwards (one f/r) to go 2 talls + Rayner
While Jo is doing some ruck relief, we just have Hippy + Rayner.
I think Fagan will sleep better before and during the game with Fort or another tall as sub.
There will be some big rants on here if Gunston is named sub.

Playing the woeful Eagles the following week i would give Oscar a rest and Fort a full game.
But that's just my opinion. Fagan may not do that especially if we lose to the Tigers.
The Eagles game is the only one remaining i would consider resting Oscar.

Makes no sense.

Naming Gunston as an Emergency simply demonstrates that Fagan has a massive blind spot. It makes the whole ‘training block’ thing a complete nonsense. Gunston has been hopelessly out of touch, so much so that he dropped himself apparently. He then has two weeks off to train and suddenly he is on the cusp of Senior selection? Fagan is engaging in ‘magical thinking’ and such obvious bias towards Gunston that I think he is cooked. The Gardiner selection as an emergency is just as bizzare.
