When the going gets tough, the tough get going. Neale to have a game they will talk about for years, Robbo to niggle Stringer at every opportunity and Stringer reacts, Payne to crash 2 meter Peter in the first play then Rayner, Baily and Charlie get 3 each. We can do it but the game becomes a shoot out, poor defence it just becomes who can kick the most.

I'm surprised we are still big favourites.
I’m not.

Never fear HARRY SHARP’S HERE

It just doesn’t have the same ring to it. 🤔

I think the only threat to us in these sort of games is complacency.

See Pies yesteday and our first half againts GWS.

I honestly think with a good mid/fwd core still available and there being no need for complacency we will still get it done at home.

The boys will be looking forward to this unique challange.

It heaps pressure on the Dons too, as one of their fans said - ‘the toughest road trip in footy just became a likely embarrassing loss’ - that’s a bit for them to wrap their heads around.

I don’t expect complacency to be a problem today.
The core Midfield group will Know that they are our only chance of a win in this one.
Get the ball forward and we should win. Midfield is all important.

Got up not long ago straight on here wondering who else we may have lost for the game or even if the game may have been cancelled....but I guess its only early yet.

What a predicament..:sadv1:

Do your best boys and who knows, miracles can happen..

Complacency today would be sheer arrogance.

I just can't see anyone in this side going in with that attitude.

It's clear as daylight we are going to have to be on from the start
Yep, can’t let them get off to the start they had earlier in the year.

I'm excited for the guys coming in who at last get the chance to have a genuine impact in a game that the club has to win.

The responsibility is new territory for them. It's also opportunity. Best of luck to them. Hopefully our regulars bring their best and we'll be fine.

This could be a galvanising game for the club.

Could be the makings of a few like Fullarton, Sharpy, Madden...
