We push up to defend aggressively to try and stop the inside 50 but seem to be getting burnt out the back.

We are pushing up too high. Everytime they win the ball at half back its one kick forward and its only scrimshaw ahead of the ball.

how can we be out numbered in our forward line and then be outnumbered in our backline - simple other than Day the midfield and wingers not working hard enough.

did look good in patches though but this year giving up junk time goals is getting out of hand - just can’t run out quarters

He won’t get to play on Weddell and Scrimmers every week. Some of our match ups are terrible.

Yes, but he's been doing quite well most weeks against solid backlines, so while he is being made to look good, he has the track record to prove he is becoming a good key forward.
