Seriously need a legitimate school and education program for people desiring to be umpires and above all, repercussions for bad calls. They get total immunity during and after games for calls for things that can decide games. How they aren't under tighter jurisdiction is a mystery, especially considering the AFL constantly wants to avoid controversy.
