Can't believe it's finally Hayesday.

Port win every clearance and win by 300 points, Gold Coast drive a dump truck full of money to Hinkley's house, he takes on the job effective immediately, Josh Carr takes over and signs the now available Stewart Dew as the first ever former coach turned player, purely so big Dewie kicks 5 goals in 5 minutes on Grand Final Day as Port romp to a famous 120 point grand final victory. Lock it all in

We should belt them, but we’ll grind out a 6 goal win or so.

Really hope Hayes can stick it up the doubters.

Concern is my belief that the Suns list is as good as ours and that they are underperforming.

Upside is you walk out of the hotel today the only thing on your mind is getting back to the Gold Coast.

We win by 18 points.

Ollie Wines BOG.

We have played well when we have at least broke even in the ruck this year.

All of the mystery of Sam Hayes is going to be unveiled today to some extent.

Witts is a beast but we will see if Hayes can give a bit of silver service to the young guns.

The most anticipated game this year as if Hayes plays well, our rucks stopped suddenly are restocked again.

The mystery of Sam Hayes was unveiled last year in his stint at AFL level. He’s a good ruckman who will only get better with more opportunity.

The addition of Sam Hayes has certainly sparked some interest in this match. Hope he at least nullifies Witts at the bounces and gets down and dirty around the ground.

But I am most pleased at the return of Lachie Conan the Barbarian Jones. He was making significant strides to being a consistent and frightening AFL footballer before his injury. Welcome back Lachie and keep laying waste to all before you.

Good night for a few freaky goals Junior. Get back amongst the goals

No it wasn't. If it was, he would have been played a lot more.

He was played in front of Teakle and Visentini. This year, both of those guys have a Champions Data rating of -14.52 against opposition ruckmen. Now player rating is a bit overrated but you can watch the games and see. We have some weird stuff that could be the last vestiges of the Hinkley era.

It will be interesting to see as this game will be scrutinized what Hayes is 'doing wrong' in terms of the coaching staff.

Anyway, go Sammy!!!!!
