The sad thing is that the media will use that excuse for him. Injuries didn’t make our forwards stand 5 m behind their opponents all match. Injuries didn’t tell JHF to avoid going near the ball for a half. Injuries didn’t prevent Marshall touching it in over 35 minutes at the start. Injuries didn’t explain Byrne-Jones having his tiny heart served to the crowd by Budarick and then Powell. Injuries didn’t give Wines an excuse for losing about 73 contests in a row.

What an abysmal game. Absolutely shocking control of the game by the umpires, letting the grubbiness fester for far too long. Evans getting sniped and non-called, Jones concussed in the first quarter, BZT getting decked with no call nor 50 (and somehow, by the grace of Dr. Nick Rivera, getting cleared in less than 5 minutes of a 20 minute HIA assessment.). Allir deciding to do an impromptu impression of a human wrecking ball, Dixon spraying his big limping cums everywhere to being as useless as wet toilet paper on DBJ's soiled pants.

Cant believe we didn't lose by more.

Last quarter them 20 I50s from all our turn overs for 1 6 to our 2.3 from 10 I50s

They should have win by 6 to 8 goals.

Lack of leadership on-field by both Rozee and Butters was disappointing. They both needed to tell JHF to stop giving away stupid frees. Forward line is in disarray and once again to no one's surprise, the classic kick to dixon was on show today. He is done and in fact, most of the forwards should not play again. Finlayson just sucks and his only value is playing as a relief ruck.

Only forward that showed something was Francis Evans. It just shows that Mitch and Rioli are very important players and need to be back in the team.

Lord too. We’ve seen a number of young tall forwards come on this year competition wide. He’s not one of them unfortunately. He was playing on a similarly aged and built young defender and got walloped. He rarely played from in front. Rarely contested. Poor showing.
