Well done collingwood, season on the line and you get absolutely smashed. Says it all really, 1 and done for this side and they don’t even care.
It’s all ok though cause it’s a great environment and you wouldn’t know if the won or lost at the club in a Monday.

You better believe we’re not standing still and getting better every day

Why was it stupid. He has been putrid and had no impact or physicality. 2 weeks ago didn't get a possesion until late in the 3rd. Last week was unsighted. The cupboard is bare

Spare me

He actually kept Wright to 1 goal against Essendon which is more than any of our other “defenders” have done in the last month or more

Now we’d have an option in the ruck instead of using Ned Long

Calling it a little early maybe as there's still a half to go, but we have no interest in attacking the ball first or getting numbers to the contest and the wet conditions have made our boys not want to be out there from the way it looks.

Really disappointing to see we appear to be leaving the effort part of the equation on the table in the change rooms, but all signs are pointing to us officially having checked out on the season already.

Throw in our inability to convert really simple shots on goal, make good decisions even under no pressure, and execute really simple field kicks and it's no wonder we have put up a 1 goal half today.

Looking longer term if this is the "best" we can do with 16 players from our premiership team out there today then we are officially done for this year, probably wont even win another game with what we're putting up now and, to be frank, with the state of our team and list at the moment I'm already lowering expectations for next year which appears to be tracking towards an uncompetitve bottom 4 finish.

It is going to be a painful end to the season and an equally painful off season, our window is now shut and you can forget any players wanting to chase success on field coming to us now.

When this game is done and dusted, can we start to ask questions to the bright sparks in charge of list management at Collingwood why they traded a 21 year mobile small forward to Hawthorn for nothing, and recruited a 26 yo small defensive forward from Fremantle, giving away a top 10 draft pick in this year’s national draft?

These blokes are cooked, we'll end up having given pick 7 or so for Schultz in this years draft if we only win 2 more games, what an epic failure.

"Who needs draft picks or pick currency for trades anyway" Jeff Browne, probably...

I actually can't believe it. I seriously thought they'd show up with the season on the line and put in another no pressure pathetic performance
Yes, that's my reaction too. I can't believe that we have produced such a performance, given what's on the line.
