I’m tipping a 3 vote performance from Cripps.

And by that I mean 23 possessions at 52% disposal efficiency, 6 clearances, 4 tackles and 0g 2b, both being missed set shots from 35m out (from free kicks).

The rain has stopped but I was just thinking I’ve never seen the MCG surface look this bad.

The city end members side forward pocket where players have been slipping over the last couple weeks looks to have divots. And those divots are visible all up the members wing.

Also some very noticeable deep tyre tracks running diagonally across the city end side of the centre square. From my seat there’s either water or sand sitting in them.

Yeah those tracks look bad. Seen much worse but that's another lifetime ago.
