So who do you drop? Very poor form to drop players who delivered. I'm with you on blooding as quickly as possible but this would set a precedence where a player would just chuck it in and say "as you don't reward my efforts when I've played well, why should I bother". 1 or 2 changes , I agree. 1/3 of the side is crazy shit.
