Just basing on the jumper colour that they’re wearing during today’s match sim, Frenchie will play.
Ward to keep his spot.

Dear/Chol will still be our tall forwards.

Seamus went upstairs early.

Chad and Bennets not with the main group.
Reeves standing on the side(not training).

Scaife back in full training.

Ginni sporting a new haircut … not blond (yet) as what is going around.

I am very concerned about this game. We haven't travelled all that well, albeit Adelaide hasn't been too bad.

Adelaide have turned their form around in the last 4-5 weeks. Now have won 3 of their last 4.

All this media attention can often lead to a down week. Especially off the back of a big win.

Lastly Nuke and Gin have cut off their hair, and messed with our Aura .

So MacKenzie was dropped not managed, thought he would come straight back in for Finn, so if you ask to be manage you say no

Happy Dear stays in

It's not really that simple.

Mackenzie's form post bye was down comparative to his performances earlier in the year. Giving him a week to freshen up was a good thing.

Then the team absolutely demolishes Collingwood by 66 points and his direct competitors (Ward and Maginness) both play solid games. Both also had a stretch at Box Hill where they dominated without being able to crack the team. Neither deserve to be omitted, so Frenchy has to wait.

Same thing with Gunston. He's been a great contributor in most games but the resurgence of Breust, energy of Watson, and structural importance of Dear means he needs to wait.

Any reason he didn’t play for Box Hill last week then, you would of thought he would of played for BH if there was any concern with his form instead of sitting him out a week for being managed

Maybe to actually manage him and give him a week off to freshen up after a minor niggle? We then smash the Pies and can't really drop anyone. Hopefully he goes back and gets 30+, gets his pre buy confidence back in doing so and then launches into the final part of the season refreshed and confident. His composure and movement oozes big time finals player for me.
