Not a great time to play them.
Dennis-Lane might be key here. Played for Subiaco so should know the ground pretty well. Impressed me today.
Likewise Jetta should have played some footy on the ground previously too.

Ah yes, Smithy, I forgot he was a chance to come back. Definitely comes in if fit. Then who gets dropped? Mattner?
I definitely think Rohan should come in though, we're a better team when he's up and about, he just brings other players into it with his ability to affect contests. Could be a tough week for the selectors!

If LRT and Smith are fit then Moore and Richards can make way. Richards was good and he'd stay in if there was a matchup for him but there really isn't an obvious one next week. Mayne is injured, Pav is out of form and Johnson might be dropped so it's just bad luck for Ted.

I'd drop Shaw and Mattner, and bring in Rohan and LRT. Richards did well in a role he doesn't play. Mattner didn't average in a role that 2 others play better. Richards can still be very damaging playing 3rd defender roles, because he's a great mark. Offers something that Mattner doesn't.
If Smith is fit, though, then Smith for Richards.
Not according to the AFL website, and I didn't see anything that looked too suss at the game. Anyone know anything else?

That was Luke Hodge who hit him and who will have sleepless nights as he is a Brownlow fav. Jack might get suspended for that bump in the 2nd quarter. Looked bad.

saw the same thing, they were talken about hodge getting goodes. wasnt much in it. I think Kieran jack may be in a little bit of trouble though, simply cos contact was high, and the elbow might not have been tucked in...

yeah i remember seeing the replay of the jack hit, he will definitely go, probably 1 or 2, if so bring rohan in for him
jack would be a big out if he gets reported...and just when we were starting to get players back from injury and we finally had some options at the selection table

Roos said Smith is the only possible return from injury.
Rohan picked up a corkie(just above the knee I think someone said)in the Ressies.Don't know how bad it'll be.He hopped on the bike for 10 mins straight after,did a few run throughs & played limited time from there.Was good til then,but & wouldn't mind him being an "in" next week.
Vesz was good in the 1st half especially,did some of the things I suspect was being asked of him.Went out of the game for a while when we couldn't get the pill past the centre square, but was encouraging to see him push through & go looking for touches.
Vesz might be a better option on the bigger expanses of Subi if Rohan isn't 100%.
No changes I suspect unless necessary.(through possible suspensions)

Yer had a look at the Jack incident, he may be out 1-2 weeks, yer Smith seems to be the only available from the injured lot
Subiaco don't actually play at Subiaco Oval anymore. Haven't done for a few years now so I'm not sure how much football TDL would have played there outside of finals. Jetta is from Swan Districts, so would have only played on Subi in finals.
I was very happy with TDL's output against Hawthorn as he has good hands and appears to be a good kick. I'm glad he is in the team as he provides another target in the forward line, something we desperately need.

How good were his two knock-ons over his head? Now that his nerves have settled, I hope they stick with him for the rest of the year.
