Hi Guys,

Lets just say after a 58hr no sleep full of booze weekend fitting suspension to my car and out drinking my work mates I forgot all about the game... Well I really didnt have anywhere to watch it, but it slipped my mind... Lucky for Bigpond Videos it was a brilliant game against the Hawks and now I think we can knock off Freo.

Freo have a good record against the Swans but we will win!
I hope Sandilands plays, I need him for my Dreamteam but further more... Mumford needs this test, beat Sandilands and he will be a god in weeks to come...

COME ON SWANNNIIIEEEESSSSS....

Yeh it'll be live cause it's at 1 in Perth. Just an annoying time.

Good thing about Swans games is that they rarely play on Saturday arvo's so i can play my rugby game and then go watch other rugby all afternoon. Saturday night games are easily my favourite.

I heard he is Burmese

If you're talking about TLD, then yes, he is of Burmese heritage.

Looking forward to this game, if Aaron Sandilands is out, then I think we can win this game, especially if we play the same game style as we did against Hawthorn. Carn the Swans.

He is of burmese heritage cause I remember thinking of cats.

Kieren Jack, Sydney Swans, has been charged with a level one engaging in rough conduct offence against Matt Suckling, Hawthorn, during the second quarter of the round 19 match between the Sydney Swans and Hawthorn, played at the SCG on Saturday August 7, 2010.

In summary, he can accept a reprimand and 93.75 points towards his future record with an early plea.

Sweet.

OUT: Moore
IN: Rohan

Bevan for Smith also, but only if Smith is 100%

Agree with this. Shaw should be dropped really, but it's simply not going to happen so we can forget about it. Moore probably won't be either - Roosy seems to love him - but is there really anything he brings to the table that Rohan doesn't/couldn't? I don't think so. Rohan must be in the team if fit IMO. To me, Moore is the most completely expendable guy on our list who is automatically picked when fit.

Moore is a smart footballer; he uses the ball. Certainly, he's smarter in possession than Shaw or Mattner.

But I agree on Rohan, should be in the team if he's fit.

You're right - Moore is a smart footballer and I think he has great hands in traffic and a pretty good kick on him too. I guess my point was, you couldn't put Moore down back to replace either Shaw or Mattner, but there are a couple of players, including Rohan, who I feel you could play in the position that Moore is playing at the moment who would contribute just as much.

the pattern all year has been Swans inability to match up against top 4-5 teams, often with a good win or two leading in. We all get excited and start talking ourselves up, only to be brought back down to earth with a thundering crash. We have been expected to beat Freo the last couple of times and we have gone down. Lets hope this time its different. Carn Swans, Do it for Kirky!

I think smith is now an automatic selection if fit. He is by far our best shutdown small defender, would probably have played on balyntine if he was in. Rohan is just too good for canberra so if he's not too sore he has to come in too.

SO

Out: Bevan IN: Smith
these two play pretty much the same position at the moment. smith is both a better shut down player and better user of the ball

OUT: Shaw IN: Rohan

Shaw has been out of form for a while now, bar a couple of good weeks up forward. Rohan has to come in and may spend some time back as well as forward for rotations. i dont really mind this because he is quite a good defender and no one really knows what his best position in AFL will be.
