With Ahern arriving as the premo rookie of everyone's dreams, and with my major league being a battle of 1st vs 4th that I don't think I can win, I'm just gonna shunt Caddy to my bench and ride the wave.

Still 2 to go.

I actually dont want to trade this week as my loopholing options arent bad but as fate would have it, Im playing my SC rival in the first qualiying final. Ive been holding last 2 trades and loopholing fyfe and Sicily since their injuries, Fyfe decently but Sicily poorly since Guelfi is a spud.

Im happy to hold fyfe since Ahern and proved to be good cover but I really need to move on Sicily now.

I can afford anyone but Tomahawk, so who do I get?

Recent form has been iffy for all of them bar Bruest and not any real soft match ups next week that I can see for the top forwards?
Oops as I typed it I remembered Tom McDonald v the Suns could have a big one.

Leaning towards the former IF I pull the trigger. See more value in keeping Ahern and Fritsch together at the moment rather than Mihocek and a non-playing Hibberd.

Darling's cheap ATM (406k). Was averaging like 110 after Rd11 and was 580k. Maybe he can do a Hawkins and find some of that magic for the last 4 games?

Hmmm yeah hadn't thought of him.. good one!
Only issue is a can't loop him Ahern via Liam Ryan beyond next week, as only week North play before WC.
But still a good option to loop with others like McLean, Gray etc.

Didn't really touch it 1st quarter and then Ross swung him forward after it was clear we were getting pumped - so no kickouts and intercepts.

He'll be up and down for the rest of the year IMO - the whole team will probably pick up for the Derby. Then we play Cartlon at home who we should pump, then we will in turn get pumped by Geelong away and Collingwood at home.
