has rutten come back as a consultant for the second half of year and i just havnt realized

Some serious calls need to be made at the end of the year.

We also need to open the door for Zerk and get whatever we can for him, however little it is. The type of defender that ends up costing you a prelim/GF.

We also need to start shedding the old VFL-infatuation players we had from the Rutten era... Snelling, Durham... these are not the type of players that feature in your finals wins let alone premierships.

Imo, not really. We have provided no pressure and it lets them play like millionaires. GWS players are running and the Essendon player are jogging behind. That's got nothing to do with Skill.

The talent on the list is good enough to compete. But we have so many players who want it easy.
