I wouldn't go that far. It's his first year. And people were singing his praises when we were winning a few in a row.

The issue is clear. And has been. I don't know what Brad's memo is when it comes to it, but it better be something he wakes up to VERY soon and selects/keeps the players he thinks will employ it and hold them accountable if they don't.
