Peter Wright has to get 7 weeks surely?

And here's what I want to hear, I want to hear that private school girl Gerard Whateley get way up on his sanctimonious, self righteous, God Bothering pedestal and run the knives into Wright as hard as he can right up to the tribunal hearing until nut jobs start going after his wife and family.

I want consistency in my echo chamber.

You all know we're gonna smash the Bombers, right?...... right?

Aussie Rules Sport GIF by Essendon FC

Saw a montage of all the cheap hits in the Injectington game…

What do you expect from a Scott-coached side?

Spiteful, sniping, dirty, c#%t. Always was.

From Heeney:
“You could see it early, absolutely ... How long are they going to go for? That’s what we put up. They are physical and they had a crack and we obviously ran over the top of them.”
Summed up Essendon's performance really well.

Nothing wrong with going hard, but the team that focuses on winning the ball will usually perform better.

Essendon edge?
Fake tough guys like their coach.
Edge lords.

Pap called it at half time, they were going hard at the man while Sydney went hard at the ball.

Our game will play out similar,
They will try and bully.
They will run fast in attack and try to make it a shootout.
We will overrun them at the end of each quarter.
Be like the pies game then where they gave up frees left right and centre

I'd put Pou on the wing in Woods role. He has the running ability and so far playing as an inside mid he hasn't been that effective. Pou also has a marking game which wood also has. If that's not desirable someone like Bonner could push up high or Sinclair. Jones full game.

Butler for Henry.

King hopefully beats the charge if not Hammer comes in.

I'd bring in more run so Garcia as the sub.

Someone else pointed it out last week that Pou is playing through a hip injury, he definitley wasnt moving too well after the Collingwood game.

When do we find out if (hopefully that) the club is challenging Max’s report?

M-M-M-M-Monday, as the AFL look at documents over the weekend but then go "I dun wanna" and wait until the start of the week to do anything about them so tribunal things are then on Tuesday for terrible Tuesday after Monday madness of everything that happened over the weekend of "why does no one work over a weekend to cover my screw ups? What sort of half arsed..." can get answered.

This is otherwise known as payment day for Essendon since they're all on plans for the remaining week to pay back the previous week as Stringer keeps blowing it on school excursions.

Don’t think Butler is a replacement for Henry in any way shape or form. The only similarity is they play forward, that’s it.
The replacement doesn't have to be an exact like for like. Henry is going to be hard to find an exact replica of.

If Butler comes in he adds pace and probably means someone like Wilson can pay further up thr ground.

Think that is reflective of our game too, though I think pies got more physical out of frustration in the second half when realisation of another loss set in.

just re watched the replay, gee Josh Battle played well.

Wouldn’t be too cocky, their mids looked good last night and if we don’t match them in the middle might find ourselves in trouble
Their mids dominated Sydney's, but as soon as it went forward they lost defensive shape and got belted when the ball came back the other way.

That's our bread and butter and what we have been training for all summer

No he doesn’t need to be the same but we need someone to play Henry’s role and I’m not sure Wilson is there yet or anyone for that matter.
