Billings was great, he might have made a wise choice waiting until his performance improves before signing a new contract.
Ross. Being captain suited him. He was huge.

Sinclair did a lot of good things. Long - great having him back. Has an X factor we've been lacking for quite a while.
Parker showed again why he deserves to be in the side. Some big tackles and just has enormous pressure.

The not so good:
Membrey might as well have had the day off. Bruce didn't do much. Gresham wasn't there, Brown had a shocker and Kent needs to be dropped.


All things considered - that was a huge win.

Best win in a log, long time. Hawks have pummelled us since 1983 with just a few exceptions.

Seb Ross BOG and an absolute A grade game. Marshall very influential, Hawks had to go round him on numerous occasions. Lonie played a great game but it was deeply undercut by his poor kicking for goal. Billings and dare I say it, Acres, important. Membrey had a shocker until the last and then he was important. Bruce played a much better game than you think he did.
